I wired up one nixie tube but only the digits 8 and 9 were working. I checked the nixie itself and it is good, so it must be a wiring issue between the driver and the 74hc595. I'll figure it out eventually.
I'm going to wire up the other 3 nixie tubes next, then troubleshoot the wiring problem.
