Time change

Well the time change came around and I needed to Spring the nixie clock foward...
That involved opening it back up, hooking the computer to the Arduino and resetting the time. 
That's a pain in the rear.  So I will be implementing a hardware and software solution to increment or decrement the time. 
It will use the reset button on the front panel and the time switch.  Basically, you select a position on the switch, then press the reset button and it will reset the seconds to zero, and increment or decrement the minutes.  I may wire up a third option to increment it hours at a time.
