We've got glow!

We've got glow! I did more wiring. I got the voltage regulation tubes wired up and working.  I re-wired the sockets so that if either tubes is pulled out, then the high voltage is disconnected from the nixies.
I got all 4 ribbon cables soldered, and ran the +5 and ground busses for the drivers and shift registers.
The dropping resistor is getting pretty hot, so I may have to replace it with a higher wattage one. 
Seeing about 175 volts regulated across the tubes. 
Getting a lot closer to completion.
